Kent Lambeth, a family-oriented man from Tyler, TX, cherishes his wife Kacie and two lively children. Graduating from Robert E. Lee in 2004, he played golf in high school and later joined UT-Tyler's golf team. Kent co-founded the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity and married Kacie in 2009.

After starting his career in the Oil & Gas industry, he took a bold step, founding Pneumatech in 2011 with $10,000 and determination. Despite early challenges, Pneumatech has flourished, boasting over 100 employees, and expanding its presence across major Oil & Gas basins in the lower 48 states as part of a strategic 5-year plan.
