Jessica Maidlow dedicated her time fostering a sense of belonging on campus, while she was attending UT Tyler. As an Orientation Leader, she co-founded the inaugural Freshman Camp, "Swoop Camp," promoting community and support. Engaging in volunteer work and leadership roles in societies like the National Society of Leadership and Success, she found inspiration for a career in Student Affairs.

After earning her master’s at the University of North Texas, she contributed to the post-COVID adaptation of events at the University of Houston. Now at the University of Texas at Dallas, as the Program Manager of Supplemental Instruction, Jessica empowers student leaders for growth and success.
