Gaurav Deshmukh is an accomplished technology leader with over a decade of experience spearheading transformative software engineering initiatives. As a Senior Software Tech Lead at Guidewire Software Inc., he sets the technical vision and leads development for essential insurance software products. Previously, Gaurav served in critical roles at renowned companies, including Cigna, Heal, Home Depot, MindGadget, and American Agricultural Laboratory (AmAgLab). Across these positions, he built innovative solutions ranging from lab test automation platforms to cloud-based APIs and search algorithms that optimized workflows.

Gaurav earned his Master's in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Tyler, focused on data warehousing and computer vision, complemented by an MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology. He maintains advanced skills through ongoing certifications.
