Elizabeth Caulkins is the Title IX Investigator and Programs & Outreach Specialist at the University of Texas at Tyler. She is also a certified human sexuality educator, a private investigator, and an expert witness in sex crimes.

She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and a master’s degree in clinical psychology, with a neuropsychology specialization, from The University of Texas at Tyler. Elizabeth was among the first group to make up UT Tyler’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee in 2020. In December 2021, Elizabeth was chosen as an Archer Fellow, and in 2022, she was nominated as a Woman of Hope by For The Silent.
