As a first-generation college graduate, Brian Crawford has overcome a challenging background to earn his Bachelor's (UT Tyler '08) and a Master's in Educational/Organizational Leadership.

His single, hardworking mother provided a stable life. Since 2003, he has actively contributed to the Tyler community, mentoring youth, and coaching basketball for 20 years through his organization.

His career spans roles at Boys and Girls Club, YMCA, public/private schools, and even coaching at UT Tyler. Formerly a Human Resources Physicians Recruiter/Manager at CHRISTUS, he is now working as the Physician Recruiter at UT Health.
