Lost/Stolen P2 Card

If your P2 Card is lost or stolen and it is after regular business hours, you need to:

  1. Log onto your P2 Card Money Network® account or call Customer Service at (800) 822-4283 and report your card lost/stolen (only if you have activated the P2 Card Money Network® account).
  2. Log onto the P2 Portal and report your card lost/stolen (you only need to complete this step if you have not activated the P2 Card Money Network® account).
  3. Come to the enrollment services center (ADM 230) to get a new card. A $25 replacement ID fee will be charged.
