National Student Clearinghouse

Requests for official transcripts can be placed through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Students will be charged a processing fee of $2.25 (subject to change) by the Clearinghouse for each address they request one or more transcripts be sent to. UT Tyler does not charge any fees for transcripts or receive any portion of the processing fees charged by the Clearinghouse.

The National Student Clearinghouse's Transcript Ordering service is compliant with the Section 508 Amendment to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.

If you prefer to pick up your transcript in person, please remember to bring a photo ID with you. Transcripts are available between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Friday at the Enrollment Services Center (ADM 230) and are limited to five copies per day.
