Fitness Activities for a Healthier Campus

The fitness program at The University of Texas at Tyler features Tyler's best fitness facilities, classes and personal training for the physical well-being of Patriot students, faculty, staff and alumni.

Outstanding classes are offered in a variety of subjects, from strength and conditioning and weight training to Yoga, Taekwon-Do and Zumba. With more than 35 fitness classes available during the semester, you're sure to find one – or more – to suit your interests.

Take another step toward better health through personal training. Work with a UT Tyler certified personal trainer and receive a personal assessment and a program that works specifically for you.

You'll also find great fitness facilities to use at the UT Tyler Herrington Patriot Center, including pin selectorized equipment, free weights, plate-loaded machines, treadmills, racquetball courts and an overhead suspended walking/jogging track.
