UT Tyler Psychology and Counseling

Undergraduate Advising

New and prospective transfer students should schedule an appointment with the Admissions Counselor for the College of Education and Psychology (in the Office of Admissions and Student Records, 903.566.7202). The Admissions Counselor will be happy to review the freshman and sophomore courses that will fulfill the General Education Requirements and to identify any upper level courses that are transferable. Students may transfer a maximum of 64 lower level hours in courses in which the student has earned a grade equivalent of "C" or better.

New and prospective transfer students are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment with the departmental advisor, Mr. Matthew Carrillo, prior to the enrollment in courses.
