Pool Parties at the HPCAll pool party requests must be for a minimum of two hours. Bringing 10 or more people to the pool is considered a pool party. Here are our rates:
During regular business hours:
Pool Party - $200 *Only offered May 1 - Sept. 30*
This event includes the reservation for all your guests and access to tables and chairs provided on the pool deck. Invite your friends to hang out and enjoy watching your kids have some fun on a beautiful summer day.
Pool Party Deluxe - $275 *Only offered May 1 - Aug. 30*
A very fun and friendly pool party coordinator will help make your event a piece of cake. They will escort your guests to the pool deck from the front doors, facilitate games and help with making sure the kids are having a great time so you can sit back and relax! You will also have access to additional tables and chairs if requested.
After regular business hours:
Pool Party - $300 *Only offered May 1 - Sept. 30*
In addition to all the amenities from the pool party during business hours, you will be able to enjoy the pool deck all to yourself with the HPC radio playing after hours.
Pool Party VIP - $375 *Only offered May 1 - Aug. 30*
On top of all of the great benefits from the Pool Party Deluxe, the VIP offers an even more personal experience for your children. They will be able to play games unavailable during business hours and you will be able to control our sound system to customize the party even more. Our pool party coordinators will make sure that everything runs smoothly, so you don't have to.

UT Tyler students, faculty and staff will receive 20% discount on pool parties. UT Tyler departments & student organizations will receive 50% discount.
Requirements for reservations:
- A 50% deposit must be made to confirm scheduling. Payment should be made to “UT Tyler” and should be submitted to the HPC membership office, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or online through the Activenet portal upon approval from the aquatics coordinator.
- The remaining balance must be paid seven days prior to the event, or the event will be cancelled. Payment should be made to “UT Tyler” and should be submitted to the HPC membership office, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- All event participants must sign the “Event Personal Release Statement,” even if they are not intending to get in the water.
