UT Tyler Honors Program

Honors Research Project


The last year of your degree, you will investigate a research question in the fall and spring semesters, and compose either a paper for submission to an undergraduate research journal or a poster for presentation at an undergraduate research conference. The project is the culmination of the writing and research that you will have done in courses in your major. Typically, the Honors Research Project is developed under the mentorship of a faculty member in your field.
